Incredibly professional & knowledgeable shop!!!!! I was a walk in after dropping my phone and I had another replacement I wanted to transfer all the data from old phone to a new one but since the phone was broken I wasn't able to use the screen at all, I did first go to my cellphone carrier & they said there was nothing they could do to help. I was heartbroken because majority of my pictures weren't backed up đđ as soon as I walked in to What'd You Break I was greeted right away and as I was explaining my situation a solution was already being figured out even before I finished my sentence (extremely knowledgeable). My phone was then connected and I was able to access through their comp. I was then able to transfer all the data to the new replacement phone & got all my pictures!!!!!! Such an excellent customer service and with extremely fair pricing. I will only use their shop for all electronic repairs going forward. We have a gem in Marina and it is called "What'd you Break". The guy picked up the phone when I called and talked to me. Imagine that! I described the problem I was having with my phone. He listened, told me two things that could be the problem and gave me instant cost estimates for both scenarios. When I got there and he looked at my phone, he told me within two minutes that the problem was most likely not with my phone but with my life proof case - the microphone slot was blocked with grime. He removed the case, tested the microphone, and found it to be working just fine. Problem solved; no charge. He could have easily taken my phone for an hour, done nothing but remove the case, and had me come back, thinking heâd done an internal repair. But he was too full of integrity for that.    Read moreI took my sons iPad in because the charging port was loose and we could no longer find a cord that would work and give it a charge. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue in just a few days. When I got home, I realized the volume and shut-off buttons didnât work. I called Josh and he apologized for not reconnecting these when he put the device back together. He sent someone to my house to pick up the iPad and had it fixed and returned in less than 2 hours. The value was amazing because we honestly thought the iPad might be done and need to be replaced. Josh and his other employee were so nice and professional.
