Tastebuds Smokehouse & Spirits — Restaurant in Marinette

Most places in town were packed for Friday fish fries, so we went here. The restaurant was 50% full at best. The waitress/cashier/bussgirl said have a seat a clean table, it will be a while. It took a while to get drinks and order, but not too bad. It took over an hour to get our food. She never came back for more drinks and we had to ask twice for more coffee. I think there was only one person working in the kitchen as well. There were tables that needed to be cleaned when we walked in, and they still were the same when we left. Went there for fathers day breakfast buffet last year. Was there about an hour, and they only brought out burnt eggs, soggy hashbrowns and cold sausage gravy. There was only a few pieces of bacon left when we got there and it was rock hard, They didn't refill anything else the whole time. We basically had a couple bites of food and 2 coffees. The bill came out to over $30! This is the only time I had ever complained at a restaurant. Luckily the ONLY server that was working was very nice, and understood. Lowered my bill to $10. Had breakfast this morning, sunny side eggs were scorched and raw on top, onions were raw in the hashbrowns, had a side of brisket and it smelled like really old meat. Asked for crispy bacon twice and still was not crispy. The guy who was cooking this morning doesn't know how to cook. The waitress that also works at the gas station is an excellent waitress, she comes back to check on you often and does her job very well. Please find a real cook. I'm not coming back anytime soon.
