I was in this location about a week ago to buy tools and diffrent things I needed for my job. I walked in the prices are great but was having trouble finding what I needed. A worker lady walked towards me asked me if I am finding everything ok but continued to walk past me while I said I was needing help. And she just continued to the front counter. Very disappointed I had close to 1,000 dollars to spend on what I needed and I left with nothing. So I went to their page and left a comment on their tell us about your visit because i dont like to publicly post comments. After leaving the comment it said I would be contacted in the next day or two. Well here I am no one has contacted me or even tried to reach out. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to harbor freight 2 times today trying to decide what wet tile saw to purchase.I decided to spend the money on the more expensive diamond brand .I met with the store manager when he informed me the only one they had was a display I offered to purchase it he refused to sell it to me ,he quoted I'll send you to another store in Delaware I informed him I had already made 2 Marion and I didn't want to drive a additional 45 minutes to run to Delaware,he was a real smart mouth and said it's only 25 more minutes.I did not appreciate the sarcasm and disregard of my time. I do have some concerns over the stocking levels but iāll give them a pass, for the time being, since the covid crisis caused a lot of issues. As far as the helpā¦thatās kind of hit and miss. In general the customer service is average. If thereās one area they could improve- it would be being quicker to open back up registers. I often see employees available to ring just walking around not really doing anything.
