Hibachi Dash — Restaurant in Marion Township

I will Start my review off just like my other ones. I love reviewing all the new food places in my town...we went in for dine in clean place and okay service. I'm going to be super upfront and honest in my review...let's start with the prices...listen if your looking for fast hibachi this is the place but it comes at a premium cost...there was 3 of us and our total was around 59 ish dollars. Very nice menu selections...but prices are high...definitely not somewhere you want to consider if your on a budget...okay I'm sure what everyone really wants to know...how was our food...I got to be super honest the crab ragoon was amazing...the fountain drinks were nice...now when it comes to what we ordered...the steak was alright...chewy and not fresh tasting almost like it was just dethawed...the rice was honestly not good...tasteless with 0 flavor I've had instant rice that was better at home if we're being honest...now with the CHICKEN it was absolutely awful 😖 tasted old....texture was very off and mushy...to say the least I didn't even finish the peice of chicken I spit it out into a napkin...something wasn't right about that chicken that's forsure...now the last part...the shrimp it was okay...no better then frozen store bought shrimp at best little to no flavor...I'm not sure if we just came in at a off time or what happened...but this is my honest review...and with the prices there charging the food dose not reflect those prices in any way...let's just say we didn't even take out left overs they were thrown away at the restaurant. Food just tasted like soy sauce with a little fish sauce in it.The rice was under cooked and heard that it is precooked from someone who worked there, so you can't tell them no veggies. My filet mignon that i wanted medium rare was all brown/overcooked. Your better off spending $2 more and going to the iron chef which is ok but not right either.

The soda was under carbonated and tasted like syrup or a soda that you had opened and let it sit on the table in a warm room for a few hours. Plus the paper cups are a joke if you take them with you after you leave.

I'm just going to leave a blatantly honest review; only eat this if you have no taste buds. The rice was bland, no salt no pepper, no soy sauce. The noodles also rather bland but edible, tastes like they used a store bought Asian sauce and watered it down. Now the chicken! I'm positive the chicken is not fresh chicken, the texture is way off. Maybe they are using the lab grown chicken, it definitely looks and tastes fake. Also not seasoned what so ever.
