Was not busy when we ate here. But took cashier 3 times to get my Panera number correct and I was not speaking fast. When one person ordered sandwich and salad she assumed it was a pick 2 which it wasn’t. We had to wait for a chocolate cookie to be baked. The avocado turkey bacon sandwich had one small sliver of avocado and the bacon was like leather and not chewable. Having eaten at many paneras this one has room for a lot of improvement. Mr. Covelli ,you may want to look a little closer at this locations management. Dirty dishes left on the tables the whole time we were eating. At other locations staff is cleaning tables and clearing dishes left behind even though we know we are expected to clear our own. I enjoy Panera’s menu and seasonal changes but will not return to this location unless improvements happen. Didn’t use restroom but others reviews have mentioned it needs improvement as well in maintenance issues. Mr. Covelli I hope u take note of...
Read moreI ordered six sliced & toasted bagels on the app for curbside pickup. The order showed as ready fairly quickly. I waited a full 30 minutes before going into the store. I could see my order, but the folk at counter said they had not gotten to it yet and to please be patient. The bagels were stone cold and completely white, so I went to the front register to ask if she could please toast them. I was ignored in favor of an extended conversation about the gym, ignored by the manager who came out to do something to the register for the gym guy, then when I was finally able to ask for my bagels to be toasted, the original person shouted across the restaurant that they had already been toasted and didn’t need it. So the person at the register didn’t. All in all, it took about 40 minutes to get 6 bagels that were not ready for service at 3:30 in the afternoon. I went straight through the McDonalds drive thru across the street for warm cookies to...
Read moreIf you want a quiet, peaceful, delicious meal on a Sunday afternoon, stop in. I apologize, I forgot to take pictures. SO, I just took SS from the menu. Now that I see the pictures, I realize that our sandwiches had maybe half of the chicken the menu pictured. But it still tasted great. We ordered the chicken bacon ranchers and a half cup of broccoli soup. The food came out quickly. It was hot. The bread was soft and perfect. The restaurant was quiet, the sun was coming in the windows, and- it was just what we needed. I realize Paneras are usually busy during the week, so having it be so quiet was a blessing. The only negatives were small, and temporary- the ladies' RR needed attention. Also, the napkins smell like mold but they were clean, no wrinkles etc so it could just be the way they smell. Other restaurants have disposable napkins that also smell, so it might be a manufacturer issue. Anyway- the Marion, Ohio Panera is...
