Wow, I'm usually not one to get on and leave bad reviews but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service and in particular what I believe was a Manger at this location! Came in off a recommendation from a colleague but after ordering my drink in the right lane waited nearly 10 minutes for it and was almost late to work and yet I watched 3 cars who ordered after me receive their drinks and drive off in the left lane! At this point I honked my horn to get somebody's attention to which the young woman I'm assuming was the manager looked over at me and I voiced across the other lane that 3 other cars who ordered after me got their drinks and I was still waiting. At this point SHE GRABBED MY DRINK OFF THE COUNTER WHICH HAD BEEN SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME and brought it to me herself and then proceeded to chastise ME!!! Told me not to come through her drive through yelling at her employees again and turned her back on me and walked away!!! No was I frustrated? Yes. Was I speaking loudly? Of course! I'm in a Diesel truck trying to talk across another lane with their background music blaring. But I yelled at NOBODY and she was the only person I even spoke to about it! It was bad enough nearly being late to work waiting so long for a drink that was ALREADY MADE AND JUST SITTING THERE WHILE I WAS IGNORED but the way management handled the situation was a DISGRACE!!! It's disappointing because the coffee is actually good and I was looking forward to trying some more items on the menu but after this I will NEVER be back and I will make sure anyone I speak to knows not to go...
   Read moreThe very first time I came to 7Brew, about a month after they opened, I was terrified. I struggle with anxiety and a visible rash on my face and hands, so interactions can be hard for me. When I pulled up and saw the guy with tattoos, even on his face, I braced myself for the worst. But instead, he gave me the best service I have ever experienced anywhere. He treated me like a person, didnât look at me differently, and made me feel comfortable right away. Because of him, 7Brew became my favorite place, and I kept coming back for my regular bubblegum macchiato. Today, about a month later, I finally came back only to find out he was gone. What I got instead was the worst service Iâve experienced here. No âhowâs your day,â no smile, no friendliness, not even being asked for my number like usual. It felt rushed, dismissive, and like I was an annoyance. That kind of drop in customer care is unacceptable. 7Brew lost what made it special. Because of that, I wonât be returning....
   Read moreI love this chain but this location is so slow. If youâre looking to get coffee before work youâre better off going somewhere else. On average, it takes about 20 minutes from start to finish to get your drink. At other locations, they constantly have people outside taking ordersâ I can get my drink within 5-10 minutes of getting in line. Not this location. Itâs hit or miss if they come to your car or if you have to wait to get to the front to place your order. The people inside are also mostly chatting away with each other instead of focusing on orders. It suckâs having to leave 30 minutes earlier for work in order to ensure I get my coffee AND get to work on time.
