Office Depot — Local services in Marion Township

Stopped into the Marion Ohio Office Depot/Office Max to purchase computer items. Associate Isaac walked up and asked if he could help me. He walked me to each item I was looking for. Isaac helped answer any questions I had and offered other items for items not available. Isaac asked about the project I was working on and showed me items that could be helpful. Isaac walked me up to the checkout after I finished shopping. He took me to a register and proceeded to ring up my purchases. Then thanked me for shopping with them and went back to help another customer. I appreciate Isaac's help and patience. Nice staff but are not knowledgeable about computers. I asked if a particular computer could run games and had a Microsoft office license, was told yes to both. Only reason I bought the computer. Turns out not only cannot you NOT game on the computer (50$ game wasted) but there is no Microsoft office license so I now have to spend an extra 150$ on top of the computer price for the license for the office that the salesman told me the computer had. I purchased 7 items from them. They put my order on two separate purchase orders. They lost the 1 order and after 5 days of not being able to find it, the order had to be purchased all over again.
