Wish I could leave 0 stars. This is the worst location I've ever been. We live in TX and visit PE at least 2x per month. We are always greeted with a smile. Imagine my surprise at the treatment we received here. We walked in and weren't greeted, ever. It wasn't busy at all and there were no cars in the drive-thru. The 3 of us stood there waiting nearly 2 minutes. Finally, I smiled and said hello. All 4 employees looked our way and didn't utter a word. I said excuse me. Finally the young guy with a headset on said, I'm taking a drive-thru order. The young girl standing next to him with a headset on said, he's taking a drive-thru order. I said, is it not customary for you all to greet your customers? The young guy said, yeah but I'm taking an order. I then said, but you weren't initially. We left. I called about 5 minutes later asking to speak to the manager. Found out, based on what the manager said during the call, the manager was standing there the entire time. So I asked her if she saw the interaction why she didn't intervene? She said, yes I should have. I said, well why didn't you? Her answer was because she was helping to cook. I explained to her that as the manager, she should have stepped in and corrected the issue immediately (4 EEs). She then said, if there was something I didn't like to call corporate. Again, the place wasn't busy at all. The seated customers (8) already had their food. My kids and I were the only people in the whole place that didn't look like anybody else there. Go figure!!! I've heard Ohio was the most racist state in the Midwest. I didn't believe it, but I'm...
Read more3 stars because 1. I love Panda Express BUT our Panda Express sucks on everything to do outside of food. Every time I come through the drive-thru line I’m always rushed. I do not always know what I am craving at the time so it takes me a moment if I want to try something new and it’s like “what’s the third option?” And I’m like “I’m still looking” and the same thing happens if I bring my husband or my daughter. I tell them the menu and they need a moment to decide but we always get rushed at the speaker. Like, today I was ordering drinks and the lady tells me my total and I’m like “I wasn’t even done”… but because of that i was done ordering I guess. I’ve worked in fast food service before so I totally get lowering drive times, but seriously.. I get asked if that’s all after every single thing I order and then if I don’t answer right away the question gets repeated when all I’m doing is deciding. The other complaint I have is that every time I come here.. there is ALWAYS a wait on teriyaki chicken. Literally, always. It’s almost 3pm and google shows it’s not even busy and there’s still no teriyaki chicken. I feel like if a business sells a lot of something they should have more made? I dunno. Regardless, good food—bad service at the...
Read moreI took away 4 stars from my original review because the last 3 times i have ordered online I place my order 2-3 hours in advance and when I show up I am made to wait 15-20 minutes every time for the teriyaki chicken to be made. Today my husband showed up to get our food, was told to wait and they will bring the food out, waits 25 minutes and then goes in to check on it and finds our food just sitting there on the counter. Absolutely unacceptable. Our point of ordering that early is because we have a schedule to meet on Wednesday and no other place we order from has ever had an issue with having our order ready when we give 3 hours lead time. A single time would have been acceptable, but this third time i included "special instructions" on my order to ensure they would have enough prepared and ready. The fact that three times in a row they have done this and now did not bother to bring it out shows a systemic problem in how they handle their takeout orders. I like their food and will continue ordering, but it is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to a loyal customer to make us wait 20 minutes on food we ordered 3...
