We were loyal customers for over 2 years through multiple moves and even a house fire. We recently fell behind on our payments and Chris called and showed up at ours house three to four times a day and harassed our relatives I quickly caught the payments up and the harassment continued, I gave in and was attempting to make an additional payment over the phone ahead of schedule and Chris cussed me out told me I had a bad f*ing attitude and said they were coming to get their st. I called corporate and the DM wouldn't return my calls. They came to get the stuff I asked them to leave and was called a thief and the employees forced their way into my home and took the furniture. A week later the DM called me back and didn't give the slightest care or apology. Don't do business here they are the thieves and should be ran...

I will NEVER rent from here again EVER! this has been the absolute worst experience in my life. They bang on your door like the police get crappy when you do answer. And God forbid you go through any hard times and can't pay the full amount that week they threaten jail when your a single mother with no help. I dread when I realize my check is short and I'll have to give them 20 less than what I owe cause they make it a whole scene again I understand we had an agreement but life happens and they are not understanding at all and don't care that you just had a child ect. The manager needs to get a grip on their employees and put them through a class on how to deal with humans and not treat...

DO NOT!! Give them your business. Will never use rent a center again.these people act like there the police banging and yelling outside my house early in the morning . For days on end.They call and harass non stop.Over 1 payment that didn't go through. There employee came to my house being extremely rude even after I gave them the laptop back.Told me I was a hard case and told me he was going to file a stolen report with the police all because I couldn't bring in the charger to the store by 7pm.
