Recently passed through Marion with my dog and we stopped at this park looking for a place to eat lunch. I’m not sure why this park has such high reviews. The park has a couple of picnic tables and a small skate park. Those two things are the best part of this park. There are cigarette butts, trash, and graffiti all around the park. The grass hadn’t been mowed (and looked like it hadn’t been in a while). No playground, only two old rusty swings that look well worn. There is a bathroom building on site, but the doors have been bolted shut to keep anyone out of them. The skate park is nice for the town, but other than that, I would recommend...

Good small park near the high school. Students can go there during lunch and eat (if they are seniors). Really wish they didn’t get rid of...
