US Nail Spa — Local services in Marion

I am new to the area of Marion and decided to go to a new nail salon instead of driving an hour away to my old salon. I get there at 2:43 pm and didn’t leave until 5:30pm they had four nail techs working today and only two were busy when I went in. There was no one in the waiting area besides me.. I came in for only a fill and they said okay great only 20 minutes so I’m sitting there on my phone waiting looking at the time waiting and more people come in now there is 4 people in waiting room while still two nail techs are not busy we all are waiting! Finally at 4:50 I get called to the chair. The man starts doing my nails and hits my skin more then once with the file I’m bleeding now and I asked if he could slow down because this man is going so fast and is looking around all over the place while he is doing my nails?!? Then I am done and we go to different chair to get color and he put two layers of gel polish on and I still have streaks through my nails I asked if I could get another layer and said it looks good why you need another layer we are busy?!? Like wth! So he puts another coat on and did it so sloppy that I have polish all around my nail in my skin and didn’t bother to clean it up. I was so done I will never...

Literally the worst nail place I've ever been to. I would rate 0 if I could. Got my nails done Monday evening. Thursday morning I woke up and my nail was off. Not sure how that happened considering I did nothing to it. Called to see if they would replace it. He said we only guarantee for 3 days. Today is the 3rd day and he said he would charge me $5 either way. Not sure why I have to pay more when it was his fault and I had already paid $60 for the nails in the first place. He couldn't get this specific nail to stay on when first starting the service and had to reglue 3 times. Not to mention they are crooked and when he was doing my service extremely fast causing pain and I still tipped him $10. Awfully rude and clearly didn't know what customer service was especially when the problem was his fault. The place was disgusting and you could tell they didn't sanitize they're tools. Went here as my normal nail tech was booked and I was desperate for a fill in. I specifically asked for my shape to be sharper as they typically round out after a few weeks closer to my next fill in and they were even more round then when I came in by the time I was finished. Paint job was horrible, flooded my cuticles, very uneven application, some spots were horribly thick and some spots you can see through the polish. I was already holding them to a high standard as my nail tech is phenomenal and I never leave unhappy but I expected better than what I received. They also proceeded to rudely talk about an unsatisfied customer in front of a whole salon full of customers, very unprofessional as someone who also works in customer service.
