I'm giving them two stars for service because it's one star for each person who's been nice to us there. We were told they did away with the hot and ready pizzas, but it's still being advertised the last I checked. But besides that fact if you come there anytime after 9:30 p.m. they refuse to come to the drive-thru window, and of course the lobby is already closed at that point as well. And I do understand having a cutoff time at a certain part in the night so that they're not there after hours. However, if there are delivery drivers for different companies coming to deliver food for them and trying to pick it up when you have people at the window waiting and being ignored the people behind them can't pick up their delivery orders and the people who are there to see if they can order something have no idea what is going on because we're just sitting there- stuck. Tonight we went there and they just ignored us. It was about 9:45pm and they wouldn't even acknowledge us at the window. The crazy thing is that I'm not sure which is worse; this instance or our attempt before last. At that visit we called ahead to make sure they could have it done by the time we got there, which we were quoted 15 minutes. We ended up taking 20 minutes to get there, and i told her we were there to pick up our order, to which she responded "It will be 25 minutes.". I corrected her, stating that we weren't placing an order (therefore obviously werent in need of an estimated pick up time) but we were picking one up that we were told would be ready 5 minutes ago. (We weren't late arriving, we had to wait in line) She said "Yep. Didnt start it yet. 25 minutes." Wow... Im just wondering if the owners know the way their store is...
Read moreDon't expect much customer service-wise. The phone likely won't be answered. Online ordering will probably be turned off, as will ordering on the app. If you do order online or through the app, you will not get notice that your food is ready, nor will they put it in the Portal, like they're supposed to; you'll just have to wait with everybody else. And you've probably been waiting for quite a while beyond the time you were told. They may lock the door on you and insist you get back in your car and wait in that line that wraps around the building. Hopefully, your order is ready when you get to the window, or else you have to start that process all over again. Of course, this all depends on if they're even open.
Yes, laborers are under a lot of pressure. Underappreciated. Underpaid. Probably treated poorly by customers. But say something when we walk in. Don't just look back down at your phone or wander into the back where you don't have to look at us. Lazy CEOs and owners exploit the workers just like the customers' bosses exploit them. We're really in this together. We're doing here because we're underpaid and overworked and don't have the time/desire to make food ourselves. And we should respect those who provide this service just as they should respect the income we provide. The situation sucks, and we all suffer because of it.
But we keep going. Why? Because a) it's at a great price point, and b) it's good. People like to trash Lil' Caesars because it's affordable and it's trendy to talk...
Read moreIt's a $5 pizza, so you're getting what you pay for. Our experience at this store changes with each visit. One time the service is great and the line moves quickly. The next visit it takes 20 minutes to get a Hot 'N Ready pizza and we catch attitude from the drive thru attendant. But I digress, it's a good quick fix for dinner on the run during ball season. *Updated 01-28-19: Moving to 1 star. This store hasn't had anything Hot 'N Ready available the last four times we've visited. Each attempt was approx 7pm. We're told the same thing each time: "We don't have any, so it will be 15-20 mins wait." They advertise Hot N Ready 4pm-8pm. So either stop the false advertising, or fulfill the requirements as advertised. *Updated 02-24-22: We are finally done dealing with this store. Placed an order online, received a confirmation, and was charged for the order. Arrived at the store 6:30pm to pick up and the lights are out with handmade signs reading "Closed" on both the main entrance and drive thru window. Never, ever visiting this store again. *Updated 02-07-24: It's been 2 years since we last ordered here. Against our better judgement, we decided to give it a try. Bad idea! Order confirmation stated it would be ready at 8:03 pm. It finally got done at 8:35 pm. We got it home and opened the box. There is no sauce on the pizza and it's burned both top and bottom! We are 1000% done with Little Caesars! Do...
