Owner is very rude. When you ask how much he buys gold per gram so I knew what to expect next time he got very hostile. Told me that if I go into McDonald’s do you ask how much a sandwich cost to make. Makes no sense you don’t sell McDonald’s a sandwich. I would tell him the story’s about where I got the gold because I’d get great deals. I didn’t have to tell him where I got it nor does he require to know. I brought a guy that was going to buy a piece of jewelry off of me to him to verify if it was real and he refused to tell him because “he knew I was selling to him”. Walked right over to the jewelry store across the street and they verified for me for free. The next time I went there to scrap a chain he told me I’m not welcome because he doesn’t believe my story’s about where I got my gold (bs he was just mad I brought a guy to verify gold). Originally, my wife and I had ordered a custom ring to be ready in time for my wife’s birthday. This was a month ahead of time. I realize the pandemic slowed things down, but it took us an additional month AFTER her birthday to receive the ring. During this time, we were not called about the status. We had to physically arrive at the store for inquiries as the phone was only answered once.

When we finally received the ring, we were offered no discount for the trouble. And the ring itself we later discovered had a loose stone and scratches. We took it elsewhere to repair for an additional $200 as we no longer trust this business.

This place is truly extraordinary. I've had previous business dealings with them and they have never failed to impress me. I recently visited to have my wedding ring assessed, as I was unsure whether I still wanted to keep it. The jeweler thoroughly explained the options available to improve the aspects I didn't like. It's important to note that I didn't even purchase this wedding set from them. When I received my ring back, I was absolutely amazed by how stunning it looked.
