I had a terrible experience with Walmart photo centre 1/8/21 in which they failed to print simple photos in over 7 hours time. The printer gave trouble and never notified me, then continued to fail after I arrived for pick up. I tried to be patient and give chance but later upset and canceled. These photos were very important for they were to be displayed at my baby brothers funeral the next day. I arrived at Walgreens to see if anything could be done. One associate, young female, I'm sorry I missed her name tag (was 1/8/21 after 8pm, dark long hair) kindly showed me what I could start on. I was having trouble getting the crop to work correctly for me. She was the only one up front but was able to call someone forward to help. A gentleman named Larry came up, helped me figure out a work around and had the photos needed in no time. His saw my stress and was kind and patient with me. He saved the day and I am very grateful. Yesterday, I couldn’t remember if I took my medication, so I decided to count my pills before taking one this morning. I found that I am five short. I picked up the prescription on the evening of the 28th but didn’t start taking it until the next day since it is a stimulant and it was too late in the day. Even if I had forgotten to take it yesterday (which is the only day in question), I should have more pills than expected, not fewer.

After that and still no money I was told 7 to 10 days and then it was 10 to 14 days and now I'm being told 7 to 30 days for them to release the 2nd charge on my account that I never approved. This is the worst customer service I have ever received! Walgreens stole money from my account and will not give it back.
