I’m unsure about the service at this place because I go across the street to Autozone. However I had a less than a year old Battery “Super Start Premium” though clearly under a warranty, it’s not under my name so Orielly refused to swap for a good battery. I get it if the buyer can’t be found, the battery doesn’t have a warranty. But why not start with a battery that does not need replacing less than a year after purchase? So if I purchase in good faith that the battery is reputable and I won’t need the warranty, then why when I need the battery replaced, back up you product and replace it for the customer and then go and fight it out with corporate and tell them to make a better battery. Warranty is nice but who wants to swap a battery and and left stranded...

I am avid shopper of the oreilly part store chain but this particular branch is a joke went into this store looking to match up a oil filter for a tractor / because there was no numbers for the two computer pushers they could not locate or even begin to match anything left from this location went directly to the pineville branch and the guys in this store were true parts guys the miked the exsisting filter matched it and I was on my way within 5 minutes! I would suggest some retraining for this branch and the sad part was both employees where...

O'Reilly is my go to place. I had to replace a throttle body on my 2017 Buick. Ordered it on line seamlessly. However, like just about anything else you order these days, it was later than the posted delivery date, but only a day.
