I have Victoria Secret Loyalty card. At the time I signed up, they made me think it was going to make my life easier to purchase VS products and I believed it. So I went to make a purchase on the web for 16 lip glosses (gifts) and there was no option to have the gift bags be sent over online so instead of making the purchase online, I left the contort of my house and drove to the store just to hear the cashier say she could not give me the quantity of gift bags to match the amount of gifts I was paying for. I explained that they are gifts she said there was nothing she could do because itâs a store policy. I asked to speak with the manager and for my surprise, the manager was the cashier right next and she has been listening to the entire conversation didnât do anything until I asked to speak to her. She have me this most cold look and said she canât give me 15 bags. So I walked her what if I walked in and purchased 16 lip glosses 16 different times? Would she give me 1 bag per purchase? So she then told the other cashier with a very rude to e in her voice âjust do itâ and she simply ended eye contact with me and didnât responded when I said thank you. The cashier who made the transaction also did not responded when I said thank you. It was like I was bothering them. I wakes in to purchase the lipglosses only but my online shopping and previous shopping in store are large and they made me feel like I wasnât a valuable customer at all. As I walked in, (sane day) one of the floor sales ladies asked me if I needed help and I decided to show my online card to ask if I was making the right purchase. She helped and showed me where the items I wanted to purchase were as I wanted to see the shape name to add to my i my e cart (according to the last, Iâd have more options online) but for my next question, she made me feel like she didnât care. This is not the first time I had a horrible experience at VS. to be honest, there was 1 sales floor lady whom I adored. I went to find a bra that would fit and she was super dedicated and helpful. I wish all the staff were like her. She took her time and helped and made me feel like my money was worth it. Most times when Iâm there shopping, I feel like Iâm being watched âlike if Iâm going to steal stuffâ I donât know if others had the same experience.    Read moreMy experience with Victoras Secret is horrid. Although years ago the quality of the Jean's, pjs and all merchandise was stellar. Not sure how the items are as far as quality today. I was a VIP for years. I live on the east coast. Somehow a person in Fla. Used my name with out my card or my ID and wiped out my balance. Maxed out my card. I received a bill the next month and obvi disputed the purchases as I was never in Fla. Well Syncrony bank then after I reported this to the police cancelled all of the cards I had with their bank without telling me! I had 3 other cards. Needless to say all the credit card companies do is charge off this as a loss. I wanted to prosecute, get the cashier who took this purchase fired, but nope. I got no answers and at this point had to go thru slot of leg work to fix my credit. I froze my credit report. But I find that this was an irresponsible action by the store and neglect by Syncrony Bank. I will not shop at Victoria's Secret again. Beware...
   Read moreI visited Boston during the weekend and shopped at Victoria Secret store in Solomon Mall yesterday morning. The store staff were very nice and patient. They were smiling all the time and very helpful during my shopping.
I forgot my wallet (with my driver licence, credit cards, bank cards and cash) on the counter after shopping and I could not figure out where I left later. I drove back to Pennsylvania later. Surprisingly, store manager Ashley found my wallet and sent it to my home through Fedex Overnight (she got my address through my driver licence). I am so happy to have my wallet back!!!
