While dining in one member of our party ordered a cheeseburger without mustard. The cashier took the order properly but the burger arrived with mustard. He brought it back to the counter and explained that it had mustard on it but he ordered it without mustard. Soon afterward they brought him a replacement cheeseburger, but again it had mustard. He returned it and canceled the order.
After he departed our table the Manager came to us but not to apologize. Instead she was blaming the young girl who took the order saying she kept ordering a cheeseburger. We explained a cheeseburger is what he wanted. But like the receipt shows, it was supposed to be without mustard. Not without cheese!
The manager then without saying anything left our table.
Not very professional for a Manager, first not to apologize, then to try and place blame when it was obvious she didn't understand the situation. Then to leave, again without apologizing to either us or the employee she wrongly accused.
BTW their version of a banana split, being cramped together in a shorter "boat", using flavorless fruit was a disappointment. I recommend going to DQ for the Banana Split, but it was not like the one I get at the Metairie location.
I won't say I will not visit this location again, but it won't be a primary choice. And this is so much different than my previous experience and ratings given to this...

The food wasn't bad but everything else was a disaster!! Here's a list
20 minutes till someone acknowledged my existence.
Employees were more worried about making TikTok videos than working.
6 Employees 5 of them on the phone, 2 were sitting in the dining area eating 1 on the drive thru and the one employee that was actually working kept the store alive.
No place to wash my hands No ice in the coke machine No napkins anywhere Tables were sticky No condiments
I honestly can go on and on. I had to wash my hands on the coke machine water dispenser and dry them with my shirt.
I swear if my daughter didn't beg me for some desert they have it would of went off!!!!

Definitely not good like it used to be, probably why it was my first time here in over two or three years but I wanted cheese curds. They were good and the onion rings were only okay for the price but otherwise crunchy. The real issue is the tenders. $11 for 6 tenders that Definitely came out a frozen bag (which i know, i used to love them) but the honey bbq is just awful now along with the tender itself. Couldnt eat them, they used to be my favorite. I dont think its location specific but the chain as a whole has gone downhill in quality while going up in price. I now know why I never stop here. It's just the only place around here who has cheese curds of any kind. I'll give two stars...
