Ok so I'm doing this so others know to just go to the Manhattan location because they're just better. I made a complaint in the Chick-fil-A app that their parking lot / drive thru design just simply doesn't work. I asked them to explain to me how I can have the possibility of waiting 40 minutes in the drive-through line. I'm not kidding when I type this (I timed it by how many songs played while I waited) but I literally waited 30 of those minutes after I got my food and was trying to leave the drive-thru line. Their drive-thru splits to two lanes at the pickup location. I had to waste 30 minutes of my life because the car in front of me had something wrong with their order and the people to my left didn't feel like letting me out of the drive-thru line in fear of me "skipping them" I was told that I would be contacted by the store manager and I have not been. I said it in the complaint and I'll say it again in this Google review.
"I am literally never going back to this location until their parking lot and drive-thru are redesigned to something that makes more sense and that employees are better trained."
The dude handing out orders in the Drive-Thru line approached my car six times and then left my car six more times after realizing that he already served me and didn't put two and two together to realize that I and another car behind me were stuck in the line and needed to leave.

Read moreI have been to this location four times since it has opened. Every order was missing items incorrect items never condiments even though I asked and paid for them no straws twice. By far this is the worse location I have ever been to. I will continue to drive to manhattan for my food and skip this one all together. Gave this location another try today just because it’s right out the back gate of my neighborhood. The manager himself spent so much time rudely telling me that I can no longer order a frosted sweet tea which I have ordered for many months now at various locations at chick fil a all around the city. The manager proceeded to tell me “I will do it this time, it will be the last time because it’s not on our menu.” The cast was so frantic over a frosted sweet tea that they forgot all our order of fries which gave us an even worse experience because by the time we sit through the line again, the rest of our food is already cold. As I returned to retrieve my missing fries the casts member at the window was extremely rude about asking what we were missing from out order with a nasty attitude. Starting off I’m confused why they take your order before you even get to the menu bored like everyone always goes there and remembers what’s on the board 🤔 on the bright side Chick-Fil-A‘s food is extremely good however you do not get a substantial portion of anything. I got the four chicken strips and it looked like it was from a kids menu. 10 bucks it was well worth the tease but I could’ve went to Popeyes and got so much more. The chicken strips were the size of large shrimp, the fries in the container were only halfway full, the drink was completely full of ice. In three sips the drink was gone.
