As I said before. I am not going to call to make it better. YOU NEED TO BE MORE RESPECTFUL AND MORE DILIGENT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I DO NOT WANT A REDO OR FREE SERVICE. I WANT TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT I DESERVE. Everything about this place was terrible. The service was terrible. The lady that did my nails was very quick and did not do a good job. My nail polish looked like it was done by a child. My pedicure was terrible as well. Just because I wanted a regular pedicure , it was done very badly. She did not scrub my feet and she just started putting polish on. I paid $30 for pedicure and it was worth about 10 ( because it was’t done professionally). Why are you guys training people using customers and the customers pay the full prize. I will not be back. The lady asked everyone if they wanted a drink and totally ignored me. Bad customer service. I don’t like gel nail and I was lectured on why I should have gel nails. Where is the respect? Maybe I want natural nails. I don’t want you to make it better by offering me anything free either. DO NOT GO HERE!!!This place is absolutely horrible. The lady who did my nails rushed because she wanted to go home, she got glue all over my fingers so my acrylic nails stuck to my finger. When i first went in and asked for a new set instead of letting my nails soak she literally, i kid you not, ripped off the acrylic and took a cuticle cutter and just ripped away. I told her multiple times that it hurt and she just kept going. She didn’t clean them after that so my nail polish looks lumpy and not smooth because of all the particles. Then i kept telling her i didn’t like how my nails on both hands weren’t the same length and she kept dismissing what i saying not paying attention to what i was asking for. Lastly she rushed so fast to put my nail polish on it just came out horrible!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. I just moved down here and honestly believe nobody in this area knows good customer service or how to do...

I'm SO disappointed. First off, I MADE SURE I called, BEFORE I drove all the way from crestview. I asked for Nina, but they said she "no longer works there"(if ANYONE KNOWS WHERE SHE WORKS NOW, PLEEEEASE LET ME KNOW) but I got there, and I asked for Rose(which I ALSO DID, OVER THE PHONE) and she told me that she couldn't do it, and could someone else do it. NO.... I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR someone, and i was told over the phone that she could do it. If she couldn't then they shouldnt have said that. Honestly... it seems as if Nina was bringing in majority of the business because I saw her name on most of the pictures and in all of the reviews. I'm super bummed because I still wanted to give them a chance even though Nina is "gone"...
