First look it a great environment. Salsa was really good too but the portion is so small it’s gone with three scoops so you gotta keep asking for more salsa. Overall not a great experience. I got the fajitas with chicken, shrimp and steak and my friend got the chimichanga. The trio fajitas, the chicken was really good but the steak was chewy and flavorless, the shrimp had no seasoning at all and had the taste of being way overcooked but the texture was normal. The chimichangas beef was very dry and had no seasoning to it at all. The Charo beans had hot dogs in them? And literally like 4 beans. We also got the campfire queso, came out literally on fire which was pretty cool but when actually eating it, just lumpy flavorless chorizo queso. Nothing had flavor it was pretty sad. To top it all off when still having damn near all the food still on our plates and the server asks if we need a box we said no, all she did was bring a check and as i was bringing up my camera to take a picture of the food we didn’t eat she grabbed the plates from the table. If you’re a server as i have been for years you ask if something is wrong when people don’t eat the food. So since she didn’t care I’m just leaving the feedback here.100% not worth paying $60 and i would recommend going across the street to peppers where they not only care about your experience and the quality of the food they put out, they also have...

El Paso Restaurant in Fort Walton-Mary Esther, FL is a must-visit place for anyone who loves Mexican cuisine. I recommend that you visit this restaurant during your trip to Florida. The restaurant is located in a beautiful area and offers a cozy and warm atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they make sure that all customers are well taken care of. The menu is extensive, with a wide range of authentic Mexican dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving.

I recommend trying their fajitas, enchiladas, and tacos, which are all made with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it an excellent value for money. The restaurant also has a full bar, offering a wide range of margaritas and other refreshing cocktails. The service is excellent, and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers have an enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant is also family-friendly, with a kid's menu available, and ample seating for large groups.

I recently visited this Mexican restaurant that had its moments but ultimately fell short of expectations. On the positive side, I enjoyed the authentic vibe of the atmosphere—it felt true to its essence. They also hosted music bingo, which was a fun addition to the evening. I even managed to win a gift card, which added a nice touch! However, it was a bit difficult to enjoy the game fully, as I could only catch the songs that played within earshot of my area.

The food itself was decent—nothing remarkable but serviceable. However, the overall experience was marred by poor service. Our server made errors with three of our orders, tried to charge us for items that were missing, and was not very attentive throughout the evening. Small details, such as checking in on us, seemed to be overlooked. Despite these issues, I still tipped well—it’s just in my nature.

The space can feel cramped, which added to the sense of discomfort. With so many Mexican restaurants to choose from in the area, this one doesn’t make the cut for a return visit. While the atmosphere and activities were enjoyable, the service and overall experience didn’t hold up against the...

Great authentic Mexican environment. We enjoy coming here with family and friends. Food is always delicious. Staff is quite friendly as well. Prices are just like most Mexican restaurants affordable as well. Preparation time may take a tad longer than some other places in town. Nonetheless, portion sizes definitely make the wait time worthwhile. We never could finish our entrees at one take. Often or not we end up taking our leftovers home and eat them next day for lunch as if we went there twice (for dinner and lunch). 😊 By the way they also offer a military discount, which is always a great thing to see when businesses showing recognition for our service men and women! All in all I can’t recommend enough El Paso restaurant if you’re looking for an authentic Mexican cuisine around town.

I visited this restaurant a year ago and decided to return recently. Once again, it was a pleasant experience! This time, I ordered the fajitas tejanas, and they were very delicious. The horchata was just as tasty as I remembered—definitely a highlight. My daughter got the chimichanga and loved it, and the rice was good as well. We also tried the flaming queso; it was alright, but nothing to rave about. One area for improvement is the salsa—it’s not spicy at all, so adding more heat would definitely enhance the flavor. Overall, I still enjoy the restaurant’s decor and atmosphere, and I’d recommend it for a nice meal with a few small tweaks. Looking forward to trying dessert next time!
