I’ve been obsessed with getting a Labubu at retail but I live in Canada. Call the store multiple times for availability and one of the staff was amazing and kind enough to tell me how to properly acquire at retail and have a purchasing works and pick up in store, etc. I’m so grateful so thankful. I got my Dada that I really wanted and the whole macaron collection! I previously ordered a set but was unable to pick up and they are not able to do any holds which was very unfortunate. I was very upset and sad as I had to work. I couldn’t make it but they did let me know the next drop day that I would be able to do so it all ended up working out. Very appreciative for the customer service although they are not able to do holds even for online...

Train staff on equality and to not be prejudice… following black shoppers around the store…whole time many of us can buy out the entire inventory in one day … respectfully, you chose to work at a pop mart to provide service to us, not the other way around. Treat others with the same Respect that...

Awesome place to shop all the best brands in a single place. Was amazing to find the brand's offer discount so had a great day shopping. Just one drawback the food court doesn't have much options for vegitarians also the cost was too much. Otherwise...
