Bliss Tea — Restaurant in Washington

Worst experience i’ve ever had at a boba shop. The workers were very rude. I had ordered 2 passionfruit green teas and waited for over 30 MINUTES!! After waiting, I went up to the workers and asked why my order was taking so long. They had said that they already put my order on the pickup table like 20 minutes ago. As I was waiting at the pickup line, THE WHOLE TIME, it was never put there. I paid 17 bucks for the 2 drinks and I only got 1 at first. After asking them for the second one, they said I never ordered the second one. After telling them on and on that I payed for the second one again, they threatened to call security on me. I told them to check the cameras but they never did. Anyways, after over an hour of waiting I finally got my drinks. Since i’m just a kid, I think they tried to trick me. I bought myself a Lychee Lemonade with Rainbow Boba Poppers from Bliss Tea at Seattle Premium Outlets. I've definitely had better drinks than this. It wasn't horrible, but I wasn't too crazy about it either. I ordered it at 50% sweetness but even at 50% sweetness it was still ultra sweet. The boba poppers were kinda meh...not as juicy as the ones I'm accustomed to having in Metro Vancouver.

It was a decent enough drink just for having something to sip on while walking around on a hot sunny day, popping in and out of stores. Don't think I'd order from there again though.

I wish I could leave more than 2 stars but the experience wasn’t as great. The cream cheese was sour as though it had gone bad, and the tapioca wasn’t ready at 11:15 am when we came in. I know it takes time to brew but I imagine the full service should be ready by the time a store opens its doors to customers…. And the oolong tea I had wasn’t sweet like at all despite full sugar I requested. Anyways, hope the cream foam won’t make me sick later in the day. And I hope the store improves its service in future as the location is great and there are a lot of shoppers who would def want a good bubble tea...
