Store hour says 7:pm but they closed 5/10 minutes early. I go there only for brand because I really like their quality and my friend is northface athletic so I always prefer northface but the staff is below 0 service . I called them around 5:20 pm about what is the policy about last customer who comes around 6:55 and he told me if get lucky they can allow me. And long story in short. If business hour says closed at 7 then please try to maintain the exact time.And the person behind me they allowed him to go and do shopping I saw it. And I ask the person that I call someone to store about the hour and etc because I was in the traffic and . he asked me that what is the name of the person that I speak with so that’s mean the first priority will be those who knows the person who work at store and rest of the customer is like...

Wasnt seeing anything good at the thrift stores and what I was finding was around $45 for used and older style. I scored at this store. Got (2) NorthFace Jackets with shell and insert for $200. Each jacket is normally priced at $245 each. I agree with some of the reviews that some of the prices are really high and its not always worth it since its an outlet store all warranties are voided. This place is really hit or miss. Almost worth calling in advance if you want to make the trip just for this place. Some some great hiking pants for 50% off but I will get that later. I contacted the 1-800 Customer service # to have them delete me from their system altogether. This was back in September, and they told me within 4-6 weeks I will get no more e-mails. Three months later, I am getting even more e-mails/spams! Hoping the manager of this store Trevor can fix this problem with head office promptly. He was polite on the phone, and my rating will become higher for customer service on his part. But this has left a "bad taste" in my mouth for any future purchases...
