I would give it 0 star if I could. My mother and I had an unfortunate encounter during our shopping trip today, August 10th. We were on the second floor when we encountered a lady with light blonde, short to medium length hair who was busy folding clothes. My mom was checking out a knitted shirt and placed it back on the pile of folded clothes, just as any shopper would. Unexpectedly, the lady sharply shouted at her with a rude “don’t do that.” The very rude lady then looked at me with a weird smile. Her behavior left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I later asked what we were supposed to do if we wanted to look at the folded clothes. She even responded arrogantly that “you know how to shop”. Such rude and terrible customer service and management. I regretted even saying thanks to her in the very beginning as I saw her folding the clothes. I won’t come back again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to come either. I feel truly sorry for anyone who has experienced the same...

So today 6/15/18 I was shopping here with my girlfriend for about an hour. While I was waiting out of the dressing room for my girlfriend a employee and mall security guard got in visual distance in front of me and the employee Kiersten pointed at me as I looked up at both of them staring at me. While I was walking to the line the security guard was following me. I confronted Kiersten (the horrible employee) and she was dumbfounded. She didn’t have much to say but kept denying it and backtracking. She wouldn’t even make eye contact when I confronted her. Funny enough when I get in the line the mall security leaves.

I was completely profiled here. I spoke to the manager and told her I was very upset that this happened and she was nice but was also trying to cover them saying “it was someone by you we were watching” there was no one by me. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and traveled an hour in traffic today to specifically shop here. I will never shop at this polo...
