I recently had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of our local sports card shop, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff clearly demonstrated a deep passion for what they do, and their hospitality was outstanding.

What truly stood out was how they engaged with my children. It’s always a joy to see a business go above and beyond to create a family-friendly environment. The staff took the time to explain some of the trading card basics to my kids, showing them cards and sharing fun facts. This personal interaction not only kept my children entertained but also helped cultivate their interest in the hobby.

The layout of the shop deserves a mention as well. It was thoughtfully organized, allowing for easy navigation and a relaxing shopping experience. The different sections were clearly defined, which made it simple to browse through various sports cards, memorabilia, and related accessories. Alright let’s do this. This place is a dream for our family of Pokemon and sports lovers. You get welcomed as soon as you step in the door. The layout of the store leaves plenty of room for everyone to look around. They have a table set up for Pokemon nights on Thursdays. They have a couch and tv in the middle of the store which is awesome. They have a room in the back dedicated to their whatnot streams. There is enough Pokemon for everyone here at great prices. You can buy boxes, packs, singles, high end or common. They have a giant discount Pokemon bin where some cards are 5/$1 or buy singles for 25 cents and up. They also have free Pokemon cards for the kids. You can get 3 free cards per visit and they are on the bottom shelf so the kids can get to them easily. This place has everything including a claw machine with Pokemon in it. They also have a rewards system where you get points after every purchase. I have been to Grove City where that other card shop is. Believe me you don’t get near the satisfaction you do from walking into Ridin High Cards. The owner is first class and you can tell the staff really love working there. You will often see them playing Pokemon as well. The only problem I have is that the owner is a Cubs fan (Go Cleveland). Can I leave a Ten Star review? Ridin High card shop has become a second home. I’ve been to plenty other shops around Ohio and none have given the service or honestly that Kyle and Moose provide everyday. They are transparent with EVERYTHING. Every time you leave their shop, you are more educated than when you left. That’s truly a priceless gift that not many are willing to share. From Sports cards to Pokemon, the prices they put out are always competitive and still affordable. Key word affordable. We are in this hobby because we love it, you can tell they love it too. And they are not out here trying to take all your money. You show them love, they show it right back! Honestly more than they probably should. But they want every person who steps through that door to feel like family. And I can say forsure, I feel like family. Can’t wait to get back in there and rip some more packs...
