Pre-ordered a large number of bagels for work. When we got there to pick up the next day, there were no employees to be found at the register or out in the restaurant. Our order was not on the pickup shelf. We walked around and after yelling across the kitchen through a window we finally got the attention of one of the only two employees working. She gave us the order without a greeting or anything other than asking the name of the order. It was ridiculous. When I got back to my car, the big bag of bagels ripped and I nearly lost the entire order but luckily did not. Our panera has been here a year or two and I'm sure covid has been difficult for them but this was just awful. Restaurants should be polite and provide great, or even good service, if they want customers to return. I am highly disappointed. Read moreThe worst experience I've had at Panera. We saw one person cleaning when we came in and she was to busy singing to pay any attention to anything else. The only thing that was said by an employee was "order in". I went to the shift leader to let her know that the staff was back there on there phones and one girl put her hand in the trash and continued to make food without changing gloves or washing her hands. She said she would do something but she did nothing not the best way to manage. They lost a lot of customers who just got tired of standing at the counter with no one coming to help take orders. While the other employees stood around on their phones the shift manager was the one to grab the dishes. Read moreI'm not one to complain but I do like to get my money's worth and this time I did not. I used the kiosk to order a soup and salad combo but only when the food came out did I realize that they were out of multiple food items and if I had known I would have changed my order. As it was I got a rather soggy salad with no croutons that tasted like it had been sitting in dressing overnight and tomato soup that had chunks of peel in it with no croutons, parmesan, or baguet like I had hoped. I was pretty disappointed. The two stars are only for how fast the food came out and that the employees were still nice. Otherwise it would be a one star. It just would have been nice to know what was out of stock before I placed my order. Maybe I missed something but I didn't see anything mentioning that...
