Drove thru at this location 2 times this week on my multiple trips to and from Columbus. I am ahuge fan of Culver's but this location is the absolute worst Culver's that I have ever been to. I was less than pleased after my 1st visit but thought that everyone has problems and I can accept an honest error. On my 1st visit I ordered a burger and fries and specifically asked for ketchup. My burger was not dressed as requested and of course no ketchup in the bag. I few days later I decided to give them a 2nd chance. This time I had 2 additional people with me. We ordered 3 burgers, 3 fries, 2 milkshakes, and ketchup, $35 in food. When they delivered the food to the car, I specifically asked the emoyee if there was any ketchup in the bag and he replied Yes. Pulled out and into another parking lot to distribute the food. 1st noticed that there were no straws for the milkshakes but they probably thought that straws were not necessary as they were only as thick as milk. Then one of the burgers were opened only to find a chunk of blue latex glove on top of it. The French fries were cold beyond belief, hamburgers were cold and 1 not dressed properly and a chicken sandwich was not dressed properly and of course there was no ketchup in the bag. Now I'm sick and tired of paying high prices for food so I returned to the resturant and requested a new burger (without laytex)latex, 2 straws, ketchup, and 3 new fries. In the meantime, the only sandwich that was prepared correctly was getting even colder as I was in the resturant trying to correct the many errors. This restaurant was well staffed as people were almost tripping over one another and they were only moderately busy. So staffing was not a problem. Read moreI have been a Culvers fan for over 10 years, but as of late, the Marysville location has been subpar at best. A week ago, I ordered via the app. When they brought it to the car, the one order of fries was missing. I went into the store and brought it up without getting angry and they were very accommodating. They gave me extra fries and a choice of custard. (not impressed with the chocolate) I get home only to find out one of the Culver's Single deluxe was just a single butter burger, no lettuce, tomato, and just a tiny piece of red onion on it. I did not complain on this. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were super swamped.
Today, I ordered earlier to beat the rush, hoping that the order would be correct. I get to the pickup spot, as again I ordered via the mobile app. I was surprised how fast it took to get to my car. I checked the bag, 3 sandwiches, and 3 fries and one sweet tea. So far so good. I probably should have unwrapped each one but that would have been a mess. I get home, unwrap my double sourdough melt, only to find it to be a single. My wife unwrapped her single deluxe only to find it was a plain old butter burger with no tomato, lettuce and just a small piece of onion. I tried calling and the line has been busy for an hour. I did leave my opinion on the app and hope to receive, not only a portion of my order refunded, but the entire order refunded. I should send Culver's an invoice for me wasting my time, doing quality inspection or something. I so want to give them a chance but unfortunately, we won't be back for a while. Read moreWe have received poor service and food two consecutive times in a row! We ordered ahead of time via phone. When my husband arrived, he noted that the restaurant did not look very busy (so they can't use that as an excuse). The first time I ordered a single deluxe burger 2 weeks ago and it came in with hardly any lettuce, the burger was burned on one side, and there was hardly any onion. A week later today I ordered a single deluxe burger again and again it came back substandard without lettuce, tomato and had scant onion and there was no mayo and only a dot of ketchup. To top it off, the burger was also cold. WHY CAN'T THE EMPLOYEES HERE DO THINGS RIGHT???????? Just because you move to a brand new building and location doesn't mean you get to slack off and slop the food together any old kind of way. We are sick and tired of getting substandard food that is NOT what we pay for. We tried this same location 3 weeks ago and the order was great which led us to want to go back, but after receiving two substandard meals in a row afterwards, WE ARE NOT HAPPY and will spread the word!
