I dropped my watch on the ground and cracked the glass.($150 value watch) The watch continued to work for roughly a week with a crack in the glass. I brought my watch to this facility based on the reviews provided. I dropped it off on 05/17/2021. They estimated that it would be a 3 week turn around time and the cost would be $45. I approved of the work. The business called me a month later and advised me that the glass had been replaced and that the watch is no longer functioning and they estimated me $200 to overhaul the internals. I declined the repairs and asked them to let me know when I could pick it up, they assured me that I would not have to pay for the glass replacement due to the watch now being in-op. I called last week and they did not return my call when I inquired about the status of my watch. Last weekend I walked in and asked if I could pick up my watch. The gentleman behind the counter gave me the watch. I asked, "Are we good?" and started to make my way to the door and he stopped me and said, "you have to pay for the service we provided". I told him I was assured by a woman on the phone that I would not have to pay and that I dropped my watch off working and now it is not and I didn't feel that I should have to pay for the service that they provided. Yes, they did replace the glass but in doing so they also broken my watch. They were unwilling to make me whole again and fix my watch. I'd be happy to pay for the cost of the glass if they were willing to fix the internals.

They sublet their watch repairs and don't stand behind the business that they sublet that work to and don't hold that person to any quality standards. I mean now my watch looks great, too bad it doesn't...

I can't thank Kings Jewelry enough. My husband went in and was looking for a gift for me. They were so helpful and kind to him, spending time showing him a variety of pieces and when he showed them a picture they knew just the piece. Out from the back they came and they had somehow found a match for my 14 year old engagement ring to add to my wedding set. When my husband gifted it to me I was so surprised and was excited to take it to get the ring sized as well as added to my set. He raved about how well he was treated, adding that he wasn't pushed to buy anything, they really seemed genuinely like they wanted to get him the right piece he had in mind. When I arrived she remembered my husband based off the ring and took amazing care of me. She checked my existing set and saw it needed a repair. They repaired my existing set, sized my new ring and combined then in record time. Updated review - I haven't been by Kings Jewelry in a year. I just stopped by to buy another set of earrings for my nieces for Christmas (2021). They have become my go-to store for jewelry Christmas presents. Their service is still impeccable and they even remembered me from a year ago. Love this family business!

(Review from 2020) I stopped by this jewelry store randomly to see if they could help fix my bent custom wedding band. I left with three sets of beautiful earrings for my daughter and nieces, a ticket to return in 48 hours for my repaired wedding band, and a new favorite store.

This family-owned jewelry store is AMAZING. They have a wonderful selection for a small store, they can design and make custom jewelry, and best of all they have PHENOMENAL customer service.

I can not recommend them enough. I suggest that you stop by even if you aren't looking for anything specific. It's always good to make a connection with a great local business.
