Usually I would recommend Nothing Bunt cakes to everyone. The have great customer service and the cakes are amazing. My family usually ordered cakes from here for birthdays or just for a sweet treat. In 2019 when I was planning my May 2nd 2020 and I saw they did weddings at the Charlotte wedding convenient I booked them right then and there. Due to Covid I had to reschedule 3 times. The staff were very polite and understanding. Also due to the change in number of people and dietary restrictions I changed my order a couple times months before the wedding. Which the staff again was very kind and understanding. However two weeks before the wedding my mom got a call from the manager Sabrina. She tried to back out of delivering and set up of my wedding cake and buntinies due to my wedding being May 8th 2021 a day before Mother's day. My mom was able to convince hef to at least deliver the cakes since we paid for the service of delivery and set up. When I called to confirm all this with Sabrina she talked down to me mentioning my rescheduling and changes to the order. When I told her I paid for this service of cake set up and delivery she mentioned that she agreed to deliver with my mom and it's not hard to take cakes out of box so we would be able to set it up ourselve. I did not appreciate the stress having to find which one of my guests that would be willing to set up my cakes and properly. I gave them two stars because the delivery was on time and cake was...
Read moreI bought two cakes today, one chocolate chocolate chip and a red velvet. I was giving one cake as a gift and wanted to serve the other today. An hour and a half after I brought the bag with the two cakes in it into my house, I picked up one of the cake boxes and found the box to be very cold. This seemed odd but I thought maybe the cakes had been stored in the boxes in a refrigerator. But that didn’t make sense because I remembered the woman who rang up my purchase told me it would be 5 to 10 minutes for the cakes to be boxed so I walked over to Jersey Mike’s to get lunch. When I came back, she told me someone was boxing my cakes still. So why was that cake box so cold an hour and a half later? Once I tried to slice the cake I discovered why. I was able to slice about an inch into the cake before the knife got stuck in the frozen cake center. The cake had been frozen solid when it was put in the box. I was not told that I was buying a frozen cake. I chose to buy cakes here because I thought they were fresh and that I could serve one this afternoon. For what I payed for these two cakes I could have bought freshly baked, decorated...
Read moreI’ve tried cakes from bakeries all over, and Nothing Bundt Cakes is hands-down my favorite—year-round, no contest. Their cakes are consistently moist, rich, and flavorful with that signature cream cheese frosting that makes every bite unforgettable. Whether it’s a birthday, a holiday, or just a random craving, this is the cake I come back to every single time.
Now let’s talk about the Oreo flavor—WOW. It’s everything you want in a cookies-and-cream dessert and more. The chocolate Bundt is already perfection, but when you fold in crushed Oreo pieces and top it with that creamy frosting? Game over. It’s nostalgic, indulgent, and totally irresistible. It hits every note: crunchy, creamy, sweet, and chocolatey.
This isn’t just a great seasonal flavor—it’s a star. Oreo deserves to be a full-time menu item. It’s too good to say goodbye to. I’m begging you, Nothing Bundt Cakes, please make it permanent! Because when your favorite bakery drops a flavor this magical, you don’t want to wait for it to come back—you want it...
