2024: I’ve been with Luiza since I was 16/17 years old! Luiza has known me since I was a teenager and has helped me so much. Her company and herself have been taking care of me for years and I’m in my early/mid 20s now. Luiza puts her heart and soul into this company since I first met her and has progressed so much. Her employees are great and have learned Luizas techniques as well as their own. They are very professional, clean, and very respectful. I never felt uncomfortable or unsure about myself since being with SHBW. I use to go every 2-3 months and get a Brazilian and it was always great. I travel a lot now, so every time I am in NC they are able to assist and get me in asap! I usually have 1-2 days in NC and the fact that they can get me in and have an appointment set the day I get there with no hesitation is amazing! I love SHBW, Luiza, and her amazing team! They truly are the best and work extremely hard!!!

They barely greeted me when the esthe walked to the front to take me back to the room. I had to ask what her name was. While walking down the hall she asked if it was my first time there. There are no mag lights in any of the rooms so I’m curious how you can thoroughly see hairs when doing any service, especially a Brazilian. The only convo she had with me was when she asked if I’ve been sugared before while sugaring my underarms. The sugar wasn’t even warm. Once she was done there was no “check behind me to make sure I got everything, I’ll meet you at the door, in the hall or lobby or you can check out up front.” It was ok we’re all set. I did like that they applied an oil on my arms after the service.

I opened the door and walked back down the hall to front desk I simply checked out and that was it. Blah. Not impressed and it wasn’t a warm cozy feel overall in the space. Felt sterile.

I’m very familiar with sugar being warmed/room temp vs. wax being heated/hot. The esthe struggled some to see the hairs on my arm which is why I mentioned the mag light. For me it was overall about the lack of a...

Service is Fabulous! Enviornment needs work Dear Owner- I am a regualar client at the Matthews location. The last 3 visits I have been dissatisifed with my enviornment. What I mean specifically is the music sounds like elevator music extremely bland. I enjoyed the upbeat music that was played in the past because it had a Brazilian vibe to it, which is what this center is themed. I hate the current photos that are up on the walls. There is a picture of a cut steak. I do not want to think about steake when I am getting a wax. The photos look like a man threw them up on the wall and they are out of place for the theme of the center. All of the employees that I have had contact with have told me the South blvd location has a beautiful paqinted mural there. Where is the mural for Matthews? I live in Indian Trail and will not be traveling to South Blvd just to get a better enviornmental experience. I have addressed these issues with the Matthews Manager and she told me to make sure I let you know how I feel about the enviornment. The Service...
