The Lady at the counter somehow had the perfect size that she pulled out to put the whale fluke I wanted on. The length and quality were perfect and beautiful. I bought it. It was sensational and I'm so happy I finally got exactly what I wanted. The pieces of jewelry are beautiful and fairly priced. I have looked through their cases many times over the past couple of years. Very happy. Lovely lady behind the counter at the airport. I normally would never purchase anything at the airport, anywhere because as we all know Airports have their own private economies and making large purchases for food and coffee is expected. I could easily give Ronald and his team 5 stars. But I wouldn't be surprise if he would say np.. 5 would just give us room for improvement and challenge just because that's the kind of humility and level of customer service you receive. As someone in customer service, it takes leaping over tall buildings yo get a 5. Also, let me preface by saying buying jewelry at the airport is a first here, but while waiting for my connection to Kona had a little time and why not window shop right?!. The selection and quality was obvious. The brand is reputable. The prices are same at this airport outlet and their stores. Ronald and "his angels".. these ladies they were attentive and knowledgeable. They were so cool even when I said I need to think about it and walked off. The happy ending of this story is I gifted myself a beautiful pair of earrings for my birthday and got me off to a beautiful vacation as they waved and sent off to one of my most epic aloha holiday.
