Starbucks — Restaurant in Maui

Very poor service, and the least friendly Starbucks employees I’ve ever experienced.

Stood in line as they served 4 different flight attendants who were behind us in line...fair enough, then I ordered two flat whites and asked if they do the BOGO (buy on get one) for drinks pirchased with my gold card, they said “no sorry we’re licenced” , ....again I say ok. So my drink finally arrives.... you you read that right, I said drink, even tho I ordered 2. So I ask about the second only to be told “sorry you only ordered one” So I reminded her about our BOGO conversation and she clearly remembers but insisted I only ordered one. So after watching several people behind me I’m line get served before me again I was then asked to come back to the front and pay for the second coffee. Left feeling...

Can you believe that little ol' OGG has three Starbucks inside? That's ridiculous! But, they're all strategically placed.

This one is the airport's first, located at the top of the escalators right after TSA screening in the central terminal. It features a small eating area and offers everything a regular Starbucks has sans the retail items.

I've had a few drinks from here, including iced coffee and frappuccinos; all of which have been good.

SERVICE: They're usually always busy due to their prime location but the line moves pretty quick.

TIP: The other two locations are near the higher numbered gates in the east terminal and in the baggage claim area.

OVERALL: Great location and...

Aside from the long wait in a line with only 2 people. Every step of the process was messed up. Gave me wrong drink wrong sandwich wrong change.I watched the drink they made sit on the counter while multiple employees picked it up put lid on it put it back down and just leave it sitting there skipping over mine to serve multiple orders. Sandwich was rubbery. Considering the inflated airport prices seems you could do a bit better. 15$ for a small drink and Sandwich. By the way I’m 45 and have never written a negative review about anything before in my life.
