Mint Maui is my favorite fitness studio! I regularly take both their Lagree Method and VersaClimber classes and I can confidently say they deliver results.

The Lagree Method class uses a Megaformer to deliver a high-intensity, low-impact workout that targets every muscle group. The slow, controlled movements create deep muscle burn and tone, while being easy on the joints. It’s an incredibly effective full-body workout!

The VersaClimber class is a completely different vertical cardio work out that engages both the upper and lower body, rapidly elevating your heart rate. It’s efficient, intense, and perfect for boosting endurance and overall conditioning.

The instructors are always warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. I especially appreciate how they offer form corrections in real time, ensuring that you’re getting the most out of every move while protecting your joints and posture. The culture here is empowering, with a strong community of supportive women that makes every visit feel motivating and uplifting.

On top of the incredible workouts, the studio is clean, modern, and beautifully designed, and their booking app is easy to use and super convenient.

By far one of my favorite workouts of all times . I feel strong and more aware in my body when exercising . I feel it helps improve all types of exercise activity . The focus is primarily focused on building core strength , but in my forties I have the best abbs of my life yeehooo.

If you are a beginner go to Paia and Take Chris B class . She is the GOAT and I still am Learning from her !!!
