Napili Plaza has the right combination of stores and restaurant that would satisfy almost anyone. It had restaurants like Joey’s Kitchen that served very authentic food but had chicken, beef and pork and seafood dishes but all very well made. This restaurant is considered to be one of the local favorites. A few feet away another restaurant catered to people who may be Vegan or just want the real healthy stuff. A grocery store is also right here at the plaza in case you’d like to get food for your home. We are visiting Maui so it was nice to swim and snorkel a couple minutes away at the Capadia Bay, the best place to snorkel, then find our way to Napili Plaza where we had at least 4 different choices of food type restaurants to choose from. Read moreIt was refreshing to see a mall that was actually thriving with businesses! Compared to Maui's larger centers of commerce that are near ghost towns, Napili Plaza was bustling with activity.
THE MALL: The basic, L-shaped strip mall has been around ever since I can remember and is still in great shape. Most of the building is single story with one end rising to two. Parking is free and plentiful. The tenant list is a mix of local eateries, shops and services.
