I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at No Ka Oi Jewelry with Omi and his wife! From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcomed, valued and completely at ease during such an important purchase.

They helped me find the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands that reflects our style, personality and love story and I couldn’t be happier.

When I went back to choose my wedding band and my fiancé’s wedding band the process was as special and seamless. This time I brought two of my grandkids with me. Omi and his wife made my grandkids feel right at home. When we left the store all they could talk about was how nice they were. They told everybody in the family.

The quality and craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly unmatched. Every time I look at my rings I am not only reminded of this exciting chapter in our lives, but also the incredible service and care we received. They truly made us feel like family.

My fiancée and I choose her engagement ring at No Ka 'Oi Jewelers. She tried on a few and felt different about one of them. Omi walked us through a few, but we ended up having to rush home. Later that week we had another chance to go ring shopping again and went to another jeweler. She did not like anything else but the ring she tried on with Omi and his wife. We ended up going back to Omi, but they were abroad for the week. My fiancée messaged Omi about the ring and it turned out that someone put a down payment for the ring she wanted. We told him about how he came highly rated by our friends and explain what was going on in our lives. He told us that he would work something out with us. Thank you so much, Omi, for creating the hook pendant I wanted. I must start by saying that when I visited Maui, I went to Omi and Ayelet Jewelry store. By the way, they are both really nice and helpful; they greeted us right away and assisted us immediately. I came in to buy a hook pendant for my chain, which is a 6 mm Cuban chain, a large size. The hook they had in store was fairly small, but no problem at all—Omi helped me with a custom-made piece that perfectly fit and complemented my chain beautifully. I love this piece and cannot stop smiling; it is beautiful 14 karat yellow gold. Well done! He kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process. He was really nice and patient. Their customer service is outstanding! All I’ve got to say is thank you for making this beautiful piece and making it happen. I had a vision of what I wanted, and they made it happen!
