Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow up, communication and care from owner Kathy. As a business owner myself, I would want any customers that were impacted by pandemic and a delay in their order to know that I empathize and are now following up getting a new ETA on their order. Kathy does not appear to be happy to be back in business. She at first refused to call to check on order until the following Thursday because the store is closed M-W. I asked if perhaps she or someone could still pick up the phone to check even if the store itself was closed. She made a very big deal to say twice that she would call on her day off. But she would have to come in the store and it was going to be a huge inconvenience. When it was very obvious that she did not care to have my business or that she had my I had my $1500, I asked her to cancel my order and return my money for which she refused.
