I was sent to the store by a company. I was given instructions on what to do. After my part is completed the store only job is to fax the invoice & the company pays for it!! Not the employees or Harrison’s! Bonnie an employees start Berating me about the process loudly may I add in the store! I’m looking at her like she lost her mind! Now again YOU Bonnie are not paying for this you need to relax!! She goes in the front doing the same! Finally she leaves! This lady comes back in the door loudly asking me how I am going to pick it up!! Liz the cashier was sooo sweet & kind & apologetic! Give her Bonnie’s job!!! I’m 46 & have never had a moment like that!!! That was definitely a “Karen” moment! A young lady said that’s my mom & I love her! Me I’m sorry to hear that! That has nothing to do with your mom’s actions! Typically I let stuff go because I was raised right & I have integrity which she lacked!!! She is no form a representation of Harrison’s that I have frequent a lot no issues!!! Bonnie “Karen” has lost her mind. I literally had to walk away I was shaking soo bad! I couldn’t even focus on the process!!! I’m in the parking lot writing this review! Because I have to calm down! That was the biggest form of disrespect!!! I expect action to be taken! I’m not letting that go! Signed my 1st Karen moment. I don’t do. Racism in any form! We all bleed red!! For the 1st time I felt separate from everyone else...
Read moreI was very disappointed. I've been shopping here for years. Always met with friendly smiles and helpful employees. Today's visit, no one helped us, there was no selection of western wear and work boots. The clearance section was gone and the prices have gone up. It was very obvious that Patrick was NOT there. Which is a shame because he should be able to leave his store and not worry. I will come back, but if im treated like this again, I won't be.
2/23/21 So I came back. It's still a mess. The only person that spoke was the sweetest older lady who helped me and my husband look for a pair of jeans. Prices are much better. Selection was good, but was hard to get to due to everything being crammed so close together. My husband loves this place. I ended up spending a lot of money, because of my husband. He works hard for his money. I really think that's how it stays in business. Hard working, rugged men and women NEED what is sold there .
It was my first time shopping here and I was given a voucher/pay order from work to replace the pair I'd ordered from LeHigh Outfitters. (Different review for those.)
I was promptly greeted upon entering the store and after I reached the boot section, someone else immediately asked to if he could help me. I explained to him what my budget was and that I found a pair of boots I liked, but didn't have enough to afford them. He took me to a mark down rack that had the boots I needed for 50% off the sticker price. I left with a pair of high quality, comfortable, work boots for under $100.
I'd happily be a return customer as they are only a few minutes from where I work , but as I live in Anderson, it'll be one of those shopping trips after I get off work. Other than that, definitely a 5...
