This is hands down THE BEST Starbucks location. I visit here usually twice daily, occasionally 3 lol. I stop on my way in to work in the morning and then I drive past the Fairview Simpsonville location on my quick lunch break to go back to the Mauldin location bc of just how poorly that location is ran in comparison to Mauldin. They are so nice! They make a concerted effort to learn customer names and their drink orders. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT is that they are CONSISTENT! They’re often busy, but still able to run like a well oiled machine. Wait time is always minimal no matter how busy. Drink order has always been right on the first go round. They’re never out of stuff bc someone knows how to appropriately and efficiently manage inventory. I could go on, but moral of the story, many of the other Starbucks locations need to get it together! Read moreYes of course it's a Starbucks and they're going to get everything correct, but what set them above and beyond on this particular interaction was that I left my wallet there with a decent amount of cash and credit cards. After tearing through the house all this weekend, and honestly stressing about all the cards and IDs I had to replace, I decided to stop in and take the chance that I might be there. Not only was it there all the cash and credit cards were untouched.
So of course 100% of the cash was given to them as a tip because the time they saved me getting a new ID, new business credit cards, new personal credit cards, new VA ID (every veteran knows the pain that comes with that), and a new CCW license it was worth every single penny of that tip. Then, to top it all off, they gave me three $4 gift cards for the stress I endured.

Read moreWas excited today for the first day of Peppermint Mochas! I went early, at 8 am, and the line was long, but moved decently. They could not give me a total when I ordered which is not great but then at the window my total seemed really high, and I was given a juice, and then told my other items were coming and then they handed me food and said that was my order so I drove off based on their acting like that was my entire order. I then realized while in the parking area that I did not have my drink. I had to turn around in horrific traffic and get back in drive through line AGAIN bc they would not answer their phone. When I finally got to the order window again, they had someone come out and hand me my now cold Peppermint Mocha and it was not even close to full.
