We’ve run into a very unfortunate situation with Our representative, Victoria, who convinced us to buy the insurance, because we had 3 tablets with broken screens, that we could repair them for $0. That she buys items on market place to repair and resell using her insurance. Awkward sales tactic. We’ve just found out that each tablet will be $99 per tablet. She gave us a flyer and said it fit under the $0 deductible category because tablet was not labeled on this particular flyers, that $99 was for big items like a tv. She also told us we could file a claim right away, that was false, you have to wait until first billing period which makes sense so you don’t abuse the program. She also stated that I should cancel the cell service on my iPad to save money, just use my hotspot, and I can repair my screen for free. If I kept the cell service, I would have been able to replace the screen for free because your devices with cell numbers are covered! She sold my husband a watch as well, told us it would be shipped to the store for pick up, it was scheduled to be delivered to the house instead and someone had to be home present to sign. We selected store pick up because no one’s home so he had to miss work to sign for his watch because ATT could not change the route. She then proceeded to take make us leave 5 star reviews after 6 hours of phone set up. If service is good people will naturally leave a review. She has hacked the system in multiple ways. It was well after closing when I left but they both made sure my phone was set up and ready to go. Hunter even let my bring my old phone home to make sure I was happy and had everything off my old phone just in case something didn’t transfer over.
