I dropped off 4 packages for eBay sales made. But they only scanned 3 and shipped 3. I felt uneasy when I dropped them off with the first employee after telling him the items sold. And should have checked the slip then but didnāt. I went back to the store a week and a half later after seeing no movement and requested for the cameras to be reviewed or what can be done to find the package. The owner rudely replied before even looking at my slip good oh the camera only goes back 7 days with the nastiest attitude. And I truly hope that is a lie. UPS retailers should be required to have better security than that. A basic ring camera goes back months. But long story short it was just a nasty, I donāt want you here or your business attitude in general. I couldnāt tell if itās a race thing or if he just chose the wrong business to get into being that rude to customers who were polite and needed your help. But either or keep the Michael Jordan cards. You all probably need them more than I do. Iāll work it out with my customer like good business owners do. And make sure I take the shipment to any other location. God bless you sir. Not once did I raise my voice or give you the attitude you gave me did I? The only confrontational moment you had with me was when I politely called you out on your lie about your cameras. I told you I used to own a security company and I know those cameras go back further than 7 days and they have to have a DVR to operate. That they are too old to be cloud based only. And even then I not once raised my voice and spoke to you kindly and educated. But being a big black man with dread locks you were so intimated right? Or was it being spoken to in proper English with accurate knowledge that you found threatening and intimidating? And you asked me for my tracking number after you showed your true colors and with that nasty attitude so instead of responding the way you wanted a black man and being rude back I walked out and let you keep that energy. She was sending another customer away becauae their printer was down and kept emphasizing that they were closing. When I told her what I was there for, she said that the order hadnāt been completed. I let her know that I had completed it the previous day, already paid for it and I was supposed to just be able to stop by and pick it up. Instead of taking ownership and working to resolve, she said, āif you would have came earlier instead of a few minutes before close, I would have been able to call and get some assistance with fixing the printer, but it is currently downā. UNNACCEPTABLE! This was not my fault. I did what I was supposed to do and gave your store more than 24 hours advance notice of my need. I want my my money back! This isnāt my fault! It should have been done and waiting for me. Now we are SCRAMBLING to get these items printed before our meeting tomorrow at 8am! WORST experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE! I googled same-day sign printing and called the UPS store Mauldin at 10:45am the day of the parade and spoke to Justin, who knew his stuff and seemed unflustered by my same-day request, time constraints (needed it by 3), and vague direction on what size we needed. He said to send him the graphics file, which I did within the hour, and he would see what he could do. I then got busy with parade preparations, and since I didn't get any calls with questions, I figured the email didn't go through and we just wouldn't have a sign this year. But come 2:30, I got a call that the sign was done and ready for pickup! I was shocked and a little skeptical that the sign would be what I wanted, but when I picked it up, I was blown away. It exceeded my expectations - gorgeous quality canvas, and grommets in all the right places.
