If you have more dollars than sense, you will love this place.
We were traveling and wanted some frozen yogurt. Tutti Frutti was only a little off our route, so we decided to try it. The employees were generally helpful and the yogurt was good, but not great.
However, I am downrating for two reasons. The main reason is their prices. My cup was about 2/3 full and it cost over $13. (Over thirteen dollars - that was not a typo.) I had enjoyed a delicious Thai dinner in Clemson earlier in the evening that was less expensive than that modest serving of frozen yogurt. My mistake for not checking prices first (which were confusing even when I looked afterward), but frankly, that was about three times what I'm used to paying for yogurt that is significantly better than what we had at Tutti Frutti.
The table we sat at had been bussed, but still had residue. My wife reported that the women's bathroom cleanliness was also lacking. (The men's room was OK.) For the prices charged, I expect way more. But mostly I don't expect yogurt to be priced...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot much has changed with cleanliness or customer service since another review I saw posted 2 months ago. I wish I had read reviews before I brought my kids here. Bypass this location all together. It took forever for the girl to get to the front when we arrived. The floor was very sticky. The sides bar was dirty. She wanted me to wait for hot fudge after Iād already put yogurt in my bowl. When she opened the lid 5 min later, it had a lot of burnt chocolate on the inside. I decided to just do without and asked to check out. She seemed irritated by that. She had no personality with the guests walking in the door at all. I looked through the back door and the back kitchen looked cluttered and dirty. There were even containers of sides on the floor where I could see them. Those should be on shelving. I decided to check the bathroom out. Big mistake. Toilet was leaking all over and almost over flowed. I would have been better using a run down gas station bathroom. Hopefully we donāt get sick. I will never come back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRip-off prices!!! My wife and I opted for frozen yogurt after dinner on Main St. in Greenville. Stopped at this place on the way home and each got a SMALL cup. My jaw dropped when he charged me nearly $28 for both cups!!! Now I know why we were the only ones in the place. I concealed my disappointment and got out the door as fast as possible. I won't be going back. Follow-up Post: I'm so sorry to have to correct you publicly like this, but your response below is just not accurate. I have the receipt, and it was, as I said, nearly $28. And no matter what ingredients you are using, nothing justifies selling several ounces of partially frozen milk and water at such prices, which need to be posted more clearly as a consideration to others. I'm so sorry that you are in a difficult franchise position. I hope things work out for you. But out of kindness to our friends and family, we are recommending they stick to good old...
