Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Mauldin

Mauldin located typically out of stock for most of the items when I've shopped there. Website is not current. I went back to mauldin, sc.store and it just keeps getting worse. I spend ln average abkht $15,000. Annually at TSC but not at this location. Never can get help, always out of stock and always told there by themselves They can't go in back and check. Everytime I go there I Waste my time and leave empty handed. The sad part is it's been that way for years. Corporate should either go in and clean house or shut it down and stop wasting everybody's time. When I go at any otber TSC I never have issues and always greeted or approached by a store rep offering to help. The mauldin store is a half hour away all other stores are 1 hour away and it is worth the hour drive to not be dissapointed. This Mauldin Store is a Waste of Time! 6-1-2022 went to mauldin tractor supply and couldn't believe it. ould get worse. This place looks like a failed dump. Didn't have what I needed and the staff didn't know anything. I was hopeful because it is half hour closer then woodruff or laurens. Those 2 stores always have what I need and are always friendly and helpful. They should just close mauldin and stop wasting...

A friend's daughter fell under the spell of the ducklings they were selling. They sold her two, didn't inquire or inform about a heat lamp or any other needs, and when she asked what to feed them, they told her "bread." Bread. Seriously? I don't expect TSC employees to be thoroughly knowledgeable about all farm animals and plants, but if you are going to sell LIVE ANIMALS you should at least know about their BASIC NEEDS. Bread is not an appropriate food for any ducks, but especially not for young fragile ducklings! She walked out of their with no bedding, no place to put them, no heat lamp, no food, and no idea that any of those were necessary. It's not TSC employee's job to make other people be responsible. But it is their moral obligation and SHOULD be their job to at least offer information to those buying these helpless living creatures.

The ducklings are now safe in a brooder with warmth and appropriate food; and IF I ever shop at a TSC again it won't be the Mauldin one. This isn't the first such story to come out of this store. But y'all, check out the locally owned feed and seed places. The people there are so much more knowledgeable and the money...

I purchased a MZ bad boy mower 54 inch deck this morning at the mauldin store on 6/8/22. The assistant manager that helped me was incredible. She was very knowledgeable about the mower and was super nice to my son and I. I hope the regional manager sees my comment because all to often people will only take the time when they want to complain about a service or product but when people go above and beyond I ask you to please take the time to thank them. She made me feel like I can trust spending 4 k on a mower from this store. I now want to speak about the mower itself and the person who put it together at the store. I am a mechanic at Michelin us1 so it’s only natural for me to double check everything when I got it home with it. I went through the whole mower and never found one nut or bolt loose at all. Every nut had a proper locking washer and tightened correctly. It’s obvious the person who put it together at the store takes pride in his work. I highly suggest using this store.
