This place was great the first three times I went in, absolutely loved the selection. The third time I went in, i was refused service over a moderately damaged Drivers licence, so I used my second less damaged one(slight curl in the lamination in one corner) still refused to allow me to buy anything. Now I fully understand the pressure to make sure no one over 18 but the fact is the cashier had already sold to me two days prior, and there was no change In the appearance of my drivers license in two days. As I am clearly over 18, 27, and I had my mod with me, it really bugged me. The state seal was unadulterated and the I'd in question was of okay quality. It left a bad taste in my mouth through the whole situation. Maybe a membership should be set up so that a I'd is not required every single time. A second option would be not to be quite so picky when a 6'2, 27 year old with an ID stating he is that age at noon on a weekday, to a young man who had very recently sold to him under the exact same conditions. I'll stay at my local vape shop from now...

Not really impressed with one certain employee ...every time I have been in the store I feel as though he is not interested in helping with any questions I have about the different vapes . Seems as though he he could care less if you make a purchase or not. I prefer a shop where the employees will at least answer your questions or give their opinions on certain vapes or tanks. I cannot say that all of the employees at this location are not helpful ... but if you have any questions or would like some input on your purchases then I highly suggest you not deal with the “manager” / “owner” . Much better results by the other employees. I spent like $140 in the store on my last visit and I go there all the time for my vape stuff. Not going back!!!

Update:: To the owner. Your store is up the street from my house. It's the one in Mauldin beside Low Country Shrimper. Haven't been back to your store...
