EDIT AGAINTried the cookies again last week. They were MUCH better; Loved the Dubai cookie. Sadly, however, we never received the gift card that was promised. EDITThe owner very quickly responded and made it right by refunding my money and giving us a gift card. This was very much appreciated and the way businesses should be run. We will definitely be giving them another try!

We bought six cookies for my son’s birthday sleep-over on the evening of 8/23. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The two girls working were more concerned with chatting with each other than waiting on us. I had to interrupt them to tell them we were there to pick up the order we had placed on the app. Our order wasn’t ready when we arrived, as it was clear these girls hadn’t checked for incoming orders. We were then informed that they didn’t have the semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies that we ordered from the app (not her fault), OK-no big deal, and they didn’t have the frosting that goes on the Flintstone cookie -alright, well survive. She pulled the cookies out of a warmer and we ended up with two milk chocolate chip cookies, one frosting-less Flintstone cookie, two Oreo s’more cookies, and a caramel macadamia nut cookie. We were under the impression that these cookies would be freshly baked. They were not. Each one was hard as a brick, and didn’t even come close to their description on the menu. For almost $5 a cookie, at least one of them should have been good. If three 15-year-old boys actually THREW THEM AWAY, I think there’s a serious problem. We’ll be sticking...

Went for the first time yesterday and the girls working were soooo sweet and helpful. The cookies are so good (I had to get the box of 4 to try a bunch!!!) and the loaded soda wasn't something I originally thought to try but they are creative with combos (and you can make your own if you want) and tasty! I always say I judge a place based off its chocolate chip cookie and this one was a little gooey and soft while having a crunch on the outside which is my favorite way to have a chocolate chip cookie. The carrot cake and The Grasshopper were in close contention for 2nd favorite and The Samoa is not far behind, how do you pick a favorite out of cookies that are so good?! Will definitely be back...
