The Head Shed — Local services in Maumee

Normally I go to my local Head shop ( AKA Smoke Shop) to purchase Kratom in Houston before I travel to whatever city my company sends me for work, so I didn’t need anything but their name caught my attention “The Head Shed” so I had to stop. I’m glad I did. After looking around I saw a brand of Kratom I have never seen before. The beautiful, friendly, lady advocated for the” Club 13 Kratom.” She was so friendly and helpful I bought some and she was right about the brand. I have bought 5 different brands and by far this is the best one yet. “The Head Shed” has a great energy as soon as you walk in. 2 people were there. My new friend and a guy with dreads. He was quite but you can tell a very good soul. you know it’s a good place when you can feel at home and they don’t have to say anything at all. Thank you lovely lady and my mysterious dreaded friend. I will be back to pick up my pants very soon. PS: this shop is only a few miles from the Toledo...

Went yesterday and purchased a new piece. Used it once and it broke in my husband's hand. Never was dropped or hit with anything. Piece was owned less than 12 hours and when he picked it up off of a table half of it picked up while the other half sat on the table still. Called and asked and they refused to help or offer any discount on another purchase, nothing. Said it's not their fault they sold us faulty product that's it our fault for choosing it. Beyond blown away, no pun intended. We will not be shopping there ever again because clearly their products are cheap and they don't honor their sales in any way. Can't believe they told us it was our fault for buying it. What a HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! Even if u can't take it back now that it's, "illegal" (their words) another discount or offer would be the right thing to do when you can see it was clearly not shattered by someone dropping it. It was owned less than 12 hours....

I purchased a glass peiece yesterday late afternoon. I looked it over, the cashier looked at it even and made a comment on how nice it was. I took it home used it once put it on the table. I go to use it this morning and as I pick it up from the same spot that I had left it the night before, one part came with me and the other half stayed. It just split in two by just picking it up. I called the store because it had been less then 12 hours and the manager told me she couldn't help me out with their faulty product in any way. That it was MY FAULT for choosing it.
