Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ohio

Worst business ever! I ordered online for Carryout and the Manager guy including workers there messed up my order BIG time. When I got home my one Large pizza was way wrong toppings on it including the remake was not well done to my needs. it tasted like raw dough I was eating. Plus they didn't give me my extra sauces until I asked for them when I went back for the remake. Never again will I ever eat at this restaurant again, they lost my services. I even heard while there that customers were calling in about something, messed up orders they got as well as walk-ins like me. I know there were a few customers upset about this, not just me. By the time I got home with the remake my food I already had at home was cold. The Manager said he would credit my account/order but never did. I don't see it on my account online. They lie and rush while working and dropping food containers on the dirty floor and never clean them off. My family and I will not be returning to this location. My husband ordered our pizza in person and stressed to them light sauce and extra cheese on all four pizzas. EVERY TIME, they load it with sauce and don't put extra cheese. I thought their promise was a perfect pizza EVERY TIME. After it was delivered and my husband started dishing our kids up he noticed immediately all 4 pizzas were not made as ordered. He calls this location to tell them the order is wrong and they hang up on him. I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer so I use my husband phone the order isn't under and they answer. When I try to speak to them he hangs up again. If I could give no stars that is what this location would get. Terrible customer service. I placed an order last night that was suppose to be ready at 10:05 according to my email confirmation. I arrived to restaurant at 10:15 they were close. Google states this location closes at 12:00 am. I call the location today to receive a refund or replacement pizza. The guy who answers the phone is extremely rude, yelling at me, threatening me( his words were bring it) when I was only explaining that I am visiting the area and I wanted the issue resolved before we left town.
