June's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Maumelle

Wow place sucks I been to all the locations except Mountain H I me die to the reason not worth the drive and I can buy from Walmart and get better service. I mean really as long as they have store managers like Mary,and Supervisors like Karen and Ginny I will not come in any more June's Hallmark. I think that the main corporate office should shut everyone these locations down and remove there products before they get tainted by garbage and crummy people. All these locations are is drama and more drama just take June's down and put Drama-mean Incorporated you would probably see a few more Rachel people come in here I mean when here did all the real women go I'll never come here again and this place is rude as hell better off getting a Happy meal at McDonald's or Burger King at least you...

I’ve shopped at this Hallmark for years but will not shop there again. Went in yesterday with my 78 yo Mom who needed to use the restroom after we spent almost $100. She was not allowed to use the restroom; the cashier saying “we have merchandise all the way back towards the bathroom, and we don’t have public restrooms”. I own a business. “Public” restrooms implies random people could come in, but paying customers?? Especially a 78 yo lady? I even asked if I could ask a manager for an exception for her. Older patrons and little kids (supervised of course) should always be allowed to use the restrooms. I’ll drive to Rodney Parham to the Crown Shop from now on or order online. Super disappointed in this store policy...

Walked in 21 minutes before closing time of 6:00 looking for a present. Was informed first thing of walking in the door: "Hey can I help you find something cause I close in 15 minutes." HMM..I hurried because it was clear she wanted me to hear it AGAIN as she talked to the sales lady in the next room over in a louder than normal speaking voice. They DO have nice gift items albeit a bit pricey and usually the ladies working there are very nice. I didn't know this...
