Honestly dead. Very few stores, dark, in some disrepair. They literally closed off half the food court and left the Taco Maker open. At least there still is a local movie theater, despite the fact that a much larger chain is farther north, a Pueblo supermarket, despite the fact that the area is dotted with Mr special supermarkets that are much cheaper, and the fact that there's another one farther south, a Grands store, a PetSmart, and a few other small stores. Lots of stores have left. Unless you desperately need something from these stores and can appreciate their convenience, you're better off going to the Mayagüez Mall farther south. I only stop by here to eat, mostly at the Pizza Hut on the first floor, or to buy groceries at Pueblo supermarket. They have added several stores lately, but I do not go there unless I have no other option. The common/public areas are always clean, so I give them one star for that. And the second star goes for the fact that is the best place for students to eat, get together to study, or whatever, since it is across the street from UPRM.
