Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mayagüez

I like that I was seated right away, and the rest of the process was equally paced. I was 'carded' at the door ( proof of Covid - 19 vaccination ) and all of the employees were wearing masks and the tables and seats were disinfected before I was seated. It had been years since I'd been to a Pizza Hut, and it was sad to see the salad bar empty ( post pandemic ) and no longer in use. I'd always fondly remembered it overloaded with variety and color. I ordered a small cheese pizza with a Pepsi, and it was delicious. Pizza Hut has it's own unique taste that is distinguishable right away. It was the perfect blend of sauce and cheese, brown on top as well, and the dough had a little crunch while at the same time being soft on top. I just left the establishment and there was NO A/C SYSTEM. I asked the employee serving us what was wrong with the Air Conditioning, and he explained to us that they’ve been without A/C for ALMOST AN ENTIRE MONTH. Not only this establishment, but they told us most establishments on the west side have this same problem. It is INHUMANE that a big company like Pizza Hut has this problem, putting not only clients in danger, but their employees. We even heard of an employee fainting and nothing has been done. I will not be coming back until this issue is resolved, or I’ll be calling DACO about this.

This place is absolutely horrible. My mother ordered a large cheese lovers pan pizza, which includes extra cheese and sauce.. the pizza that arrived was cold and wasn’t anywhere near the “Large” size I paid for, on top of that the pizza didn’t have extra sauce or cheese, so you guys stole 18 dollars from her lol, horrible service. Also how about telling the delivery person to change the look on her face, I don’t need to be greeted by someone that’s angry, if she has problems with her boyfriend,...
