Procom Systems — Local services in Mayagüez

Ive had alot of bad situations here. All though they have a great selection of supplies and accesories for everything PC. The prices are high. If you want another reason for the 2 stars wich am almost gonna lower to 1.

Its beacuse back in august 2017 i left my Alienware laptop over them to make a quick thermal paste change. They said it would be done by the next day. But leaving it there was an awful choice. Maybe the worst in my life. 12 days after i left it, hurricane maria came.

Fast forward 4 months after on November 2017 and they still tell me the laptop is not ready. But one day with out asking, we go there to just pick it up. When we arrive there, they tell me it was stolen. The thing that gets me mad it that it was stolen over 4 months ago when the hurricane was still here. And they still didnt have a replacement.

They told us to give them 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass and THEY DONT HAVE IT! We lost our patience here so we called again telling them wey are going to sue the store if they dont act immedently. That same day. December 27 2017. The laptop replacement appered. 6 months without a computer. Thankfulky the replacement was still an Alienware and a much better one too.

The staff is awful, service and prices are awful. But they have a wide selection of goodies. Just dont leave your device to get fixed...

Tuve una horrible experiencia con otra compañía que se llama @Systems. Les llevé mi PC para que me la diagnosticaran y tras que me cobraron casi el doble, supuestamente me “arreglaron” todos los problemas. Pero no fue así, me la devolvieron con problemas más serios (problemas con el GPU) que no me permitían usar la PC. Se las devuelvo para que me la arreglen y niegan que fue culpa de ellos y me decían que las piezas estaban dañadas y que considerara comprar otras. Después de dos semanas me hacen lo mismo y me la devuelven igual. Ahí fue cuando decidí ir a Procom. Procom tuvo mi PC por dos días y me la dejaron como nueva y por un precio mejor. Eso fue hace 6 meses y mi PC no me ha vuelta a dar ni un solo problema más. No les recomiendo para nada @Systems, mi experiencia es que me estaban estafando y casi...
